BGS Energy Services has established a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018. This stipulated in a set of Policies, Manuals, Processes and Procedures required for planning and execution (Production/Development/Service) in the core business. Processes based on Management System enable the Company to identify, measure, control and improve the various core business processes that will ultimately lead to improve BGS performance. QHSE Management System is maintained and continually improved through the use of the QHSE Policy, Quality objectives, Internal, External audit results, analysis of Data, Customer feedback, interested parties needs and expectations, results of
addressed risk and opportunities, Corrective action and periodic Management Reviews.
In 2020, BGS completed recertification to the latest standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:20185. BGS operations are running through a system based on four central purposes:
• Customer satisfaction
• Quality of products and service
• Employees
• Process improvement

Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS)

BGS HSE Management System defines the principles by which operations run with regards to health, safety, and the environment. Management communicates the HSE philosophy to all employees, customers, contractors, and third parties associated with our business. We continue to demonstrate our commitment to HSE by maintaining recertification to the latest standards ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.

The policies of BGS to provide its services are set to meet the requirement and expectations of our customers and to provide a safe working environment for the company employees, its contractors, and any third party related to its operation, and to preserve the environment and protect it from pollution, prevent work-related injuries and ill health.

This will be done in a manner, which is in compliance with stated customer requirements and local legal/statutory and other obligations requirements as applicable which will provide the framework for the organization’s objectives as well as utilizing competent personnel for the task and ensure workers participation and consultation in OH&S MS to eliminate hazards and mitigate risks. In order to ensure the execution of all activities in this manner, the required training is offered to all key personnel. The organization shall analyze and monitor its continual improvement through Management Review Meetings, Customer Satisfaction feedback as well as any other applicable KPIs. The organization has implemented an Integrated Management System that complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001and ISO 45001 to enhance its activities.

These Policies act as a driver for achieving organizational goals. The IMS Policy is communicated to all relevant personnel at all levels of the organization and shall be reviewed periodically for adequacy. The policy is availed to all interested parties.
